The Heart To Heart Youth Empowerment program has served the community’s most at-risk students for the last 14 years. Focusing on the student’s social, emotional and educational needs, the program provides student’s with resources increasing their knowledge, self-esteem, confidence and overall well-being. We facilitate one-on-one, small group and large group sessions and activities. We’re proud to partner with the Clark County School District in Las Vegas, Nevada, serving 3,800 students to date! The 4th Annual Heart To Heart Youth Empowerment Program Holiday Giveback was a success!
