The Heart To Heart Youth Empowerment program has served the community’s most at-risk students for the last 14 years. Focusing on the student’s social, emotional and educational needs, the program provides student’s with resources increasing their knowledge, self-esteem, confidence and overall well-being. We facilitate one-on-one, small group and large group sessions and activities. We’re proud to partner with the Clark County School District in Las Vegas, Nevada, serving 3,800 students to date!
