Founded in 2016, Studio 305, Home of the Rolle Project offers students specialized training, rich performance opportunities, and strong connections to the professional dance world.  The Rolle Project has an intensive pre-professional training program that prepares young dancers for professional careers offering a curriculum designed to develop the next generation of performers, artists and innovators.   

​The Rolle Project housed in Studio 305 is a pillar in the community partnering with local organizations, and companies that support their mission such as Cirque Du Soleil an instrumental part in Tyrell Rolle's career and now a continuing support for him and his mission.

Their mission is to be a positive force enriching the mind, body, and spirit through dance. March is Women’s History Month! It’s a time to celebrate the trailblazers in our community and beyond by bringing women together in safe, engaging and inspiring atmospheres. Be sure to check out the events we have planned!

March 11th: #Boldspotlight episode 11 with Dinisha Mingo at 12pm

Tune in via Instagram LIVE on Saturday, March 11th at 12pm pst. We will be speaking with the amazing Dinisha Mingo! Dinisha is a Las Vegas native. She grew up with humble beginnings in a single parent household, being the oldest of 6 children. Due to the issues plaguing her family, Dinisha learned about empathy and serving others at an early age. Dinisha has over 10 years of experience working hands-on in behavioral health with diverse populations. In 2016, she started Mingo Health Solutions and subsequently, founded Solutions of Change in 2017.

Dinisha enjoys building her team and serving the community. She sits on multiple boards and has orchestrated community awareness events including suicide prevention for youth and bringing the dialogue of mental health to the faith-based community.

Dinisha has earned a Master’s in Educational psychology and is passionate about training and mental health advocacy and awareness. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Clinical Psychology and Master’s of Divinity at Fuller Theological Seminary where she currently is on the Dean’s list. Over the last year, Dinisha received the Woman of Distinction Award by NAWBO in the healthcare category, honored by the Urban Chamber of Commerce as the Community Advocate/Volunteer of the Year, and recognized as top 40 under 40 by Vegas Inc.  Dinisha is a servant leader and believes in being the change you want to see in the world. Pamela Goynes-Brown was elected Mayor of the City of North Las Vegas in 2022 and assumed office that same year on December 1, becoming the first black Mayor in Nevada history. A longtime educator turned public servant, Mayor Goynes-Brown previously served as Councilwoman of North Las Vegas’ Ward 2 for over a decade and was the first female African American Councilwoman in that role. Mayor Goynes-Brown holds a master’s degree from NOVA Southeastern University in elementary education, with an endorsement in educational leadership. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in music education from Prairie View A & M University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Mayor Goynes-Brown received “Woman of the Year” in 2014 from Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. for her dedication and support to the Las Vegas community. She was recognized the same year for “Women in Business and Politics” from the Urban Chamber of Commerce and for “Women’s Equality Day” by the Women's Democratic Club. She has received numerous certificates of recognition and congratulations from various local and state governmental entities. She was awarded the Who's Who among Students in American Universities and Colleges in 1984 and was the recipient of the Ella Cullins Weaver Award in 1982. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Tau Beta Sigma Band Sorority and Mu Alpha Sigma Music Honor Society.

Marissa Hawkins and her high-school sweetheart of 31 years, husband Mario Hawkins opened the first @massageenvy in Las Vegas 18 years ago. There are over 1100 locations nationwide, with 13 locations in Vegas.

One of the biggest rewards Marissa and her husband Mario has been able to achieve by being business owners is the gift to provide jobs to almost 200+ employees and service thousands of members and guests each year who need wellness in their lives.

Being a business owner also has allowed Marissa and her husband to give back to the community by way of participation in many community events such as Susan G. Komen, Santa Run, Healing Hands for arthritis, they raised over $150,000 of massage services donated to the US Vets (Marissa’s husband & father being veterans and serving in the US Army), last year they raised an astounding $140,000 of services to give to our Healthcare Heroes who served and continue to serve on the front lines during this pandemic.

Most recently Marissa initiated the first ever nominate your favorite healthcare hero for 2021. In this new project Massage Envy Las Vegas partnered with 4 other like-minded businesses to provide over $11,000 in gifts to 14 healthcare heroes from 14 Southern Nevada Hospitals.

Marissa served 4 years on the board of Catholic Charities. Marissa currently sits on many of the Advisory Boards to the massage and cosmetology schools.

January is National Human Trafficking Prevention month. We’re excited to announce our next #boldspotlight episode 8 featuring Dr. Christina Vela, CEO of @stjudesranchforchildren LIVE on January 28th at 12pm pst.

Dr. Christina Vela, has more than two decades of professional and progressive human and social service experience that includes developing and administering foster care, homeless and supportive services to children, youth, transition age-youth and their families.

She has worked at the non-profit level as the Executive Director and the Chief Program Officer for St. Jude’s Ranch for Children, a Manager for the Clark County Department of Family Services, Social Services Program Specialist for the State of Nevada and a Program Specialist for the Federal Administration for Children and Families-Children’s Bureau in Washington DC. More recently, Christina has been the Coordinator for the State of Nevada Coalition to Prevent the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children.

Ashley and Christina will talk about human trafficking, who it affects, how we can keep one another safe and the Healing Center. The Healing Center, one of its kind will offer trauma specific treatment to victims with a goal to have them move along the continuum of healing, from victims to survivors, and then thriving in our community. Coach Ayana O is a highly transformative Business and Mindfulness Consultant, Yoga Teacher and Speaker, combining traditional results-proven methods and mindfulness techniques to help individuals maximize their time and talent transition from BOP (burnt out, overwhelmed, procrastinating) to TOP (triumphant, organized, productivity), take decisive action to enjoy more happiness, peace, satisfaction and success in life.

Her passion and focus for helping people transition from employee to entrepreneurship and or from their current state to their desired self comes from her own transitions in life from BOP to TOP using the techniques and methods herself. Knowing firsthand that when an entrepreneurial spirit stifles his or her ideas and passion projects, it leads to discord in all aspects of life, she is committed to helping individuals and corporations transition mindfully to where they need to be.

Ayana’s work as a coach, consultant, teacher and speaker is where she has found her passion and purpose collide. By allowing others to see the possibilities before them, it brings harmony into their lives through creation of new and more productive habits, accountability, and taking action, turning goals and ideas into real results in their business and personal lives.

Ayana has a B.S. in Psychology from The Open University, an M.B.A. in Business Administration (with honors) from the University of Liverpool and a certified Yoga and Pilates Teacher (RYT-200).

Erika Nicole Howard

Licensed Funeral Professional

Erika is a native of Dallas, Texas, was born into a family of strong driven women. Growing up she watched both her mother Sherry Howard and grandmother Effie serve their communities and local churches faithfully while balancing careers. From an early age Erika found a love for God, church, people, music and debate. In 2003 she graduated from Pepperdine University, where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. Later that year Erika began her career with Enterprise Holdings Inc. She sat on a Diversity Leadership committee, not seeing any Black females in management positions she was determined to become the example for others.

Erika relocated to Las Vegas in 2007 to assist a friend in ministry. Shortly after her arrival she began helping in the community, planning events and feeding the homeless. She started assisting battered women with makeovers for job interviews. Her professional career in the industry began as a production assistant for BET. In 2012 she launched Ambiance lounge which has now evolved into the Ambiance Group, a management and production firm.

Erika successfully manages recording artist, small business owners and motivational speakers. In 2020, in the wake of the pandemic Erika became a licensed Funeral Professional and currently runs Operations at a Funeral establishment, in Las Vegas, NV. Erika manages to balance artist management, event production, and a demanding family as a motivational speaker, philanthropist and visionary.

Sean Burney

Marketing Executive, Entrepreneur, Investor and Principle SB|MKTG

Having launched the first iteration of his boutique marketing consulting agency back in 2010/2011, which he used as an outlet to blog and consult on creative marketing strategy, Sean soon immersed himself deep into the corporate world. He now proudly holds a long career of experience as a marketing executive in the casino entertainment and hospitality industry, working in the unique and diverse verticals of CRM innovation, casino marketing strategy, sales acceleration, database and direct marketing, and digital marketing product strategy. Most prominently working as a Director in the VIP Marketing Innovation space for Caesars Entertainment.

A graduate of the UNLV Lee Business school with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and minor studies in Advertising, Sean has been afforded the opportunity to be at the forefront of enterprise digital transformation throughout his career and has gained a wide breadth of knowledge and experience as an internal consultant working with key business stakeholders and technical teams building innovative marketing capabilities and business process solutions. As a trained and certified Agilest, Sean also believes in never letting perfection get in the way of progress, continuous improvement and delivering “speed to market” for clients and customers. Additionally, as a self-confessed creative, Sean uses his studies in Advertising to consult on brand development and branding strategy.

A devoted father and loving husband. Sean also nerds out to Marketing Technology, Sports and confesses to be an “OG” all things vintage sneaker and basketball culture, “Golden Era” hip-hop and enjoys traveling with his family. Sean proudly serves as Managing Partner over Business Development and Marketing Strategy for Heart To Heart LLC, a women’s empowerment platform owned and operated by his wife Ashley!

Sean’s overall passion for business development and brand investment drives the vision for the SB|MKTG a consulting agency and ideation hub he operates as a passion project.

The 1st Annual Heart To Heart Youth Empowerment Program Holiday Giveback Event benefiting Rundle Elementary School was a huge success! We had over 40 volunteers who brightened the holiday season for 695 students in need. Without our amazing community supporters, this event wouldn’t have been possible.

We’re days away from the 1st Annual Heart To Heart Youth Empowerment Program Holiday Giveback Event benefiting Rundle Elementary School! We have over 35 volunteers signed up to assist in this amazing event. Huge thanks to all who’ve donated and/or sponsored. It’s heroes like you that bring so much hope to those in need!

Rundle Elementary School serves 695 students in grades preschool through 5th grade. Students who attend Rundle Elementary School qualify for 100% free lunch. All students are below poverty and yet continue to grow academically. The school population is 74% Hispanic, 12% African American and 2 % White/Pacific Islander. Rundle has an amazing team of educators who make school fun!

Rundle is a partner school having participated in the Heart To Heart Youth Empowerment program for the past 2 years. Ashley Burney, Founder and President of Heart To Heart, has mentored the students at all grade levels, providing resources, increasing their knowledge, self-esteem, confidence and overall well-being.

“This event provides our students at Rundle with a Christmas gift. 1st Annual Heart To Heart Youth Empowerment Holiday Giveback Event- December 16, 2022

The 1st Annual Heart To Heart Youth Empowerment Holiday Giveback Event is December 16th! Our partner school Richard J. Rundle Elementary, has been selected as the recipient to receive a warm meal, toys and a special visit from Santa Claus! With the community’s help over 695 students in Pre-K - 5th grade will have a brighter holiday season.

We need your help! We’re looking for volunteers, sponsors and local businesses who’d like to host a toy drive November 14th-December 12th. All toys will be collected and then distributed on December 16th. Our goal is each student receive a gift! If interested, please click the button below to sign up today. Let’s make this happen!
